A Letter of Good Standing is an official document issued by the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of REALTORS® (CSVBR) to verify that a member is in active, compliant status. The letter confirms that the member’s dues are current and that they are in good standing with the Association in accordance with membership policies and requirements.

These letters are commonly requested when joining another REALTOR® association, applying for MLS access, transferring membership, or when formal verification of membership status is required.

Letters of Good Standing are NOT required for Pennsylvania real estate license renewal.

Please submit a request only if you have been specifically asked to provide a Letter of Good Standing or if it is required as part of another organization’s membership or MLS application process.

Requests submitted for personal records or to keep on file in advance may not be fulfilled.
